Paper strip electrophoresis technique for the examination of cerebrospinal fluid proteins is described and the details that makes the method more reliable, as indicated by author's experience, are given. Considering the value of electrophoretic data on serum proteins to neurologic diagnosis the technique utilised for this examination is also described.
