Neurotoxoplasmosis with multifocal suppurative and hemorrhagic presentation: case report

Neurotoxoplasmosis is one of the commonest infections in immunosupressed patients, and rarely presented in the hemorrhagic form. We describe a case with multiple nodular hemorrhagic lesions with perilesional edema in the computed tomography. The neuropathological study showed focal lesions, necrosis and microorganisms compatible with toxoplasmosis.
