Spontaneous intracranial hypotension: case report

Headache associated with low spinal fluid pressure is a common clinical feature of ease management. The author reports a case with spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid hypotension, and discuss clinical aspects and pathophysiological mechanisms of this entity.
