A case of progressive supranuclear palsy is reported, stressing the pneumoencephalographic picture. The X-Ray changes are most marked at the 4th. ventricle which is seldom seen in the previously published cases. The differential diagnosis of local dilatations ot the 4th ventricle is discussed.
