Materiais: luvas de procedimento, 1 avental descartável, fralda descartável, 1 carro de banho, 1 balde, 1 bacia, 1 sabonete em barra, 1 toalha, 3 compressas não estéreis, 1 frasco de creme hidratante para o corpo, 1 camisola, 1 fronha, 1 forro e 2 lençóis para troca da cama, biombo, hamper.
Materiais: luvas de procedimento, 1 avental descartável, fralda descartável, 1 carro de banho, 1 bolsa de banho descartável, 1 camisola, 1 fronha, 1 forro e 2 lençóis para troca da cama, biombo, hamper.
Técnica: higienizar as mãos; preparar os materiais, dispondo-os sobre o carro de banho; aproximar o carro de banho do leito; checar a identificação do paciente; orientar o paciente sobre o procedimento; fechar portas e janelas; posicionar o biombo e o hamper próximos ao leito; higienizar as mãos; encher o balde com água morna, distribuindo-a na bacia apoiada sobre o carro de banho; higienizar as mãos; vestir o avental descartável e calçar as luvas; desprender a roupa de cama; remover a camisola do paciente e protegê-lo com lençol; higienizar os olhos, limpando do canto interno para o externo, usando compressa de gaze umedecida com água morna; lavar, enxaguar e secar a face, orelhas e pescoço; lavar, enxaguar e secar o tórax e abdome; lavar, enxaguar e secar o membro superior e axila distal; lavar, enxaguar e secar o membro superior e axila proximal; lavar, enxaguar e secar membro inferior distal; lavar, enxaguar e secar membro inferior proximal; lateralizar o paciente, colocar a comadre e reposicionar o paciente em decúbito dorsal; lavar, enxaguar e secar a região genital; lateralizar o paciente e retirar a comadre; manter o paciente em decúbito lateral, lavar, enxaguar e secar a região dorsal, glúteos e perianal; hidratar região dorsal com o creme hidratante; empurrar a roupa de cama úmida para o meio do leito e enxugar o colchão; trocar as luvas; proceder à arrumação do leito, com o paciente em decúbito lateral; virar o paciente sobre o lado pronto do leito; retirar a roupa suja e desprezar no hamper; terminar a arrumação do leito; colocar a fralda descartável; hidratar o restante da pele do paciente; vestir a camisola; posicionar adequadamente o paciente no leito; encaminhar utensílios de inox para o expurgo; retirar as luvas; higienizar as mãos; manter a unidade em ordem; proceder à anotação de enfermagem em prontuário eletrônico.
Técnica: higienizar as mãos; preparar o carro de banho com os materiais; aquecer a bolsa de banho em micro-ondas por 30 segundos; checar a identificação do paciente, orientando-o sobre o procedimento; fechar portas e janelas; posicionar o biombo e o hamper próximos ao leito; higienizar as mãos; vestir o avental descartável e calçar as luvas; desprender a roupa de cama; remover a camisola do paciente e protegê-lo com lençol; higienizar os olhos, limpando do canto interno para o externo, usando compressa de gaze umedecida com água morna; abrir o invólucro da bolsa de banho; retirar a primeira compressa e higienizar a face, orelhas, pescoço, tórax e abdome; com a segunda compressa higienizar o membro superior e axila distal; utilizar a terceira compressa para higienizar o membro superior e axila proximal; a quarta compressa deve ser utilizada para higienizar o membro inferior distal; realizar a higienização do membro inferior proximal com a quinta compressa; a região genital deverá ser higienizada com a sexta compressa; lateralizar o paciente e com a sétima compressa higienizar a região dorsal; a oitava compressa deve ser utilizada para higienização glútea e perianal; empurrar a roupa de cama para o meio do leito; trocar as luvas; proceder à arrumação do leito, com o paciente em decúbito lateral; virar o paciente sobre o lado pronto do leito; retirar a roupa suja e desprezar no hamper; terminar a arrumação do leito; colocar a fralda descartável; vestir a camisola; posicionar adequadamente o paciente no leito; retirar as luvas; higienizar as mãos; manter a unidade em ordem; proceder à anotação de enfermagem em prontuário eletrônico.

Materials: latex gloves, 1 disposable gown, disposable adult diaper, 1 bath trolley, 1 bucket, 1 water basin, 1 bar soap, 1 towel, 3 non-sterile washcloths, 1 bottle of body moisturizer, 1 patient gown, 1 pillowcase, 1 fitted sheet and 2 flat sheets for changing the bed, folding screen.
Materials: latex gloves, 1 disposable gown, disposable adult diaper, 1 bath trolley, 1 bag bath, 1 patient gown, 1 pillowcase, 1 fitted sheet and 2 flat sheets for changing the bed, folding screen, hamper.
Technique: sanitize your hands; prepare the materials, placing them on the trolley; pull the trolley close to the bed; check patient ID; inform him/her about the procedure; close doors and windows; place folding screen and hamper next to the bed; sanitize your hands; fill the bucket with lukewarm water, distributing it in the basin on the trolley; sanitize your hands; put on the disposable gown and gloves; untuck the bedsheets; remove patient's gown and protect him/her with a sheet; clean his/her eyes from the inner corner to the outer corner using a gauze washcloth moistened with lukewarm water; wash, rinse and dry his/her face, ears and neck; wash, rinse and dry his/her thorax and abdomen; wash, rinse and dry his/her distal upper limb and axilla; wash, rinse and dry his/her proximal upper limb and axilla; wash, rinse and dry his/her distal lower limb; wash, rinse and dry his/her proximal lower limb; turn the patient to a lateral position, insert the bedpan and reposition the patient in the supine position; wash, rinse and dry the genital area; turn the patient to lateral position and remove the bedpan; keep the patient in lateral decubitus, wash, rinse and dry the dorsal region, buttocks and perianal area; moisturize the dorsal area with the moisturizer; push the damp linen to the middle of the bed and dry the mattress; change your gloves; proceed to making the bed, with the patient in lateral decubitus; turn the patient on the ready side of the bed; remove the dirty laundry and put it in the hamper; finish making the bed; put on the disposable diaper; moisturize the rest of the patient's skin; put on his/her gown; position the patient on the bed properly; send stainless steel utensils to the sluice room; remove your gloves; sanitize your hands; keep the unit in order; proceed to making nursing notes on the electronic patient record.
