The essay explores the trajectory of Walter Zanini, focusing on his research interrupted in 2006, which sought an innovative approach to art history by considering the influence of technologies on the dematerialization of the artwork. His choices reveal his critical and curatorial thinking, as well as his significant contributions to Brazilian art.
