Fool’s gold

This text lists the subjects with stones, piling them in the manner of Robert Smithson (1938-1973). In 1965, the American artist first presented the twofold work in question here, named Quick Millions. Beside the object, a brief statement was written by the artist for the catalog of the exhibition ART ‘65: Lesser Known and Unknown Painters / Young American Sculpture – East to West, edited by Brian O’Doherty (Patrick Ireland). In order to prevent the printed matter from appearing alone or in bad company. Thence comes a heap of language.
