ABSTRACT
This paper aims to explore three different axes in relation to the use of earth in the art produced after the second post-war: body, environment, and struggle. Based on the premise that the endeavor to make the earth an object, language, and artistic support has been a trend that crosses geographical and cultural borders, an analysis centered on the agency of matter and in dialogue with new materialism is proposed.
