This article aims to develop the idea that Art /Education field of artistic universe that is dedicated to the historical, philosophical and methodological school of the arts, can be an important resource for articulating art and Mental Health in contemporary, while offering rich and substantial contact with the arts, promotes the aesthetic experience and the conditions of social link; aligning thus proposed to the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform.
