Abstract:
From the early conception that Sinaes (Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Superior - National Higher Education Evaluation System) shifted to a distinctly regulatory process, this paper brings a brief review of changes since its establishment in 2004. Moreover, by considering that evaluation has been increasingly featured in the context of the search for proposals and solutions, it is presented a model designed after carrying out a meta-evaluation in one public university that aims to integrate the internal and external evaluation processes, which provides multiple analyzes able to support the management of the university.
