Open-access IAC-Oirã, IAC-Poitara and IAC-Tupã: new peanut cultivars for State of São Paulo, Brazil

The origin, characteristics of plant and pod, seed weight and color, shelling percentage, protein and oil content of 'IAC-Oirã', 'IAC-Poitara' and 'IAC-Tupã', are described. Due to the adaptation and yield ability of 'IAC-Oirã', 'IAC-Poitara' and 'IAC-Tupã' with mean values of 3,053, 2,961 and 2,985 kg/ha and 2,053, 1,945 and 1,927 kg/ha for the rainy and dry seasons, respectively, they were released for cultivation in all the growing peanut areas in the State of São Paulo, Brazil.
