The purpose of this study is to identify and analyse, in the speech of a person with diagnosis of multiple deficiency, aspects of the colective thinking. Our research is in the historical-cultural approach, that has as a reference Vygotsky and Bakthin, about the constitution of the subjectiveness as a process of appropriation of the social relations. The empirical work developed in a particular institution that has an assistence character to assist people with multiple deficiency in São Paulo state. We highlight the discursive dynamics of a person with multiple deficiency, showing it by a much bigger structural production and we discuss some implications in the relation between teaching and learning.
