COMPETENCES AND THE LEARNING RIGHT: PROTAGONISM AND VULNERABILITY

ABSTRACT

The paper aims to understand how school education has been mobilized by public policies to operate with the centrality of learning. It analyzes national and international policies by problematizing the concept of learning that has been linked to the education of the enterprise-subject at school. In conclusion, it both highlights the entrepreneurial character of the policies that determine the school practices, and reaffirms the ethical commitment to defend the school’s political and public conditions in order to contribute to the decrease of the conditions of social vulnerability.
