BEING A TEACHER OF DIFFERENT SCHOOLS – IDENTITIES, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES

ABSTRACT

This article reflects on the representations constructed by a group of teachers from different schools concerning the institutional project and the values that underlie it, the meaning of professional practice, collaborative work, and the margins of autonomy, training path, and innovative educational practices developed in the school context and with the community and on the pedagogical models that inspire them, in a more or less hybrid way and with different combinations of tradition and innovation.
