This essay is a payback to my graduation in the Management course. Through the reading of Tragtenberg (1980), Motta (1986) e Guerreiro Ramos (1989), I want to show that these author's ideas (the organization theory is ideological and ingenious) contribute to the understanding of the position (ideology) and purposes (instruments) of management theories taught in graduation courses. Once the social sciences theorized in an organizational level, they set themselves free from reason, which has constituted them before, and oriented by an economic and instrumental determination. These brazilian authors reveal that it is only by recuperating the original sense of 'reason' and unmasking ideologies (the way Motta refers to Tragtenberg) that will be possible to build up a theoretical body adjusted to reality, and payback ideological theories and ingenuous sciences.
