Developing learning in social management: pedagogical development of social incubators

This article presents a purposeful approach to increase incubators to promote social projects through a pedagogical proposal in the light of social management, developing the distance learning of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in Canoinhas, Santa Catarina. In the foreground, based on the dialogic conception of university extension, in accordance with the contributions of Paulo Freire, the idea of social technologies and the concept of social management, founded on the studies of Fernando Guillermo Tenorio, showed the potential for extension towards constructing autonomy in the community. In the background, the activities of the UFSC in Canoinhas and its relationship with the Territorial Citizenship Plan of the federal government were characterized. Following that, the pedagogical proposal of incubators for social management projects, based on Ramos' para-economic paradigm, the pedagogy of autopoiesis, the alternation of the meeting and the culture of service and social management were outlined. Finally, the research agenda concerning the contribution of social management for local development, human autonomy and management training issues and more committed to collective interests were presented.
