The implementation of ISO 9001:2000 - Standard Quality Management Systems - on the Brazilian Supreme Court’s Library, during the year 2003, is described regarding the attendance process to internal and external users information needs on Law Doctrine and Legislation. The importance of quality management is emphasized and implementation steps, procedure documents requirements, routine changes, job standardization and results are presented.
