Analysis of relationship between information and citizenship of information production for No-Governamental Organization (NGOs) Brazilian that work with poitn of gender and women's rights. The information production that instance are characterizad through there actions: reception (as a selection action), generation (as a reppropriation action, in the way of value added of information) and information transference (as a socializacion action).
