A influência das mudanças da legislação na formação dos professores: as 300 horas de estágio supervisionado

The paper analyzes the impact brought by the new educational brazilian laws to teachers' formation. The author discusses the main elements which are changing the curriculum: subjects contents, due to the orientations given by the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN); Biology, Physics and Chemistry number of classes, due to the concept of "area" introduced by the PCN; and a question related to teachers' formation, now ascribed also to so called Higher Institutes of Education. In refering to practicum activities, the paper also traces a comparision between future teachers' formation and future doctors', in Medicine Schools, making a proposal to distribute specific contents throughout the teachers' formation course curriculum.
