A methodological proposal for supervised curricular stage of distance education: articulations between Kellyan Experience Cycle and Cooperative Group

Abstract:

This article analyzes some outcomes of research about a methodological proposal for the supervised curricular stage of Distance Education. The research was theoretically based on George Kelly’s Personal Construct Theory, with an emphasis on the Kellyan Experience Cycle (KEC), linked to the Cooperative Learning Method. In this article, besides the methodological proposal, we have the objective of analyzing the conceptions of two groups of subjects. One of subjects, one integrated by representatives of the partnerships between university and schools, about the aspects that favor and/or difficult the performance of the trainee in the school context, and the other by future Physics teachers, in relation to the choice of the “Physics teacher” profession and to the aspects that they consider as the most relevant in high school teaching practice. We will also analyze the contributions of the KEC experience and the work with the Cooperative Group, to the initial training of teachers, in Distance Education format.
