Abstract:
This paper analyzes the political and economic changes in Cuba under Raúl Castro administration. In this way, it points the impact of the fall of real socialism and the dynamics of changes needed, which was restored in the country. Then analyzes the Cuban transition and the update of the social-politic model, discussing, in this way, the main political and economic changes, such as the emergence of a new form of leadership, new legislation about the work market, the possession and sale of property and more interaction with the outside world, as well as the impacts and the perspective of this changes.
