Abstract
The author, probably a foreign correspondent of the journal, signs his paper from Paris. He starts the article bringing to light Emilio Faguet and Lichtenberger'critics on Nietzsche, setting himself against their critics, eventually pointing at restrictions on the ideia of forces as conceived by the philosopher.
