This article presents the findings of a research conducted in the Federal Administration Database about social and economical information regarding families and households participating in "Bolsa Família" (Cash Transfer Program) in Campinas (São Paulo - Brazil). The datanalysis pointed-out what kinds of household are in a more vulnerable economic condition. The study showed also that Conditional Cash Transfer programs must be associated with other public policies in order to improve the financial situation of poor families.
