Abstract
The article examines the situation of professional groups that intervene against gender violence in Spain, from the perspective of students sampled from the University of Malaga. A qualitative methodology is implemented using a SWOT matrix. The results expose threats, above all, as a result of insufficient investment and lack of social response. The experience, professional competence, legislative advances and diversity of resources existing in Spain are also highlighted. This study is a valid diagnosis to guide more effective study plans and public policies against gender violence.
