Abstract
It addresses how censorship acts legitimize the imposition of personal ideologies, interfering in the access of social minorities to information to guarantee rights. It discusses the ideology with a theoretical approach of current period, in analogy to the current period in which repeated acts of censorship of the arts and literature appear in Brazil, especially against the public LGBTQIA+.
