Normatization, State, and health: issues on the formalization of health laws

The actuality is a turbulent environment where the scientific basis have been redefined, according to the work of many authors who have proposed new ways to focus the issues arising in today's society. In this context, we describe health, as states by WHO and by the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, as a transdisciplinary subject, requiring an equally wide approach, considering the current episthemological challenges. Laws, as a modern science, has been challenged in its foundations by this actuality which imposes a quest for new solutions, according to its new ways. This article seeks to present issues on the State, normatization and health, proposing an intake from authors coming from the sociology field, widening the range of analysis and seeking to cover the episthemological questions in a transdisciplinary way.
