The author presents a method of assessment for building water systems used, with good results. He pointed out the diferences between this method and the usual ones based exclusively on the results of laboratory analyses mainly, coli index. This work asks for the necessity of local observations, associated with sampling and analyses of the samples togheter with a comparison of the analyses of testimony samples.
