ABSTRACT
The text assesses the contribution of the study Categorizing “easy” and “difficult” users , by Gabriela Spanghero Lotta and Roberto Rocha Coelho Pires, to the field of public policies and its relation to inequalities. In addition, it presents questions to advance on the agenda by the Social Sciences, proposing an interdisciplinary, structural and intersectional analytical perspective of groups governed by the State which are considered beneficiaries of social public policies.
