The objective to achieve an experience report about the construction of roadmaps for nursing consultation, utilizing the nursing diagnoses from the perspective of the International Classification for Nursing Practice in Public Health coordinated to the Nursing Care System. It had been developed in the period 2007 to 2008, four meetings at the Supreme crafted experiential, with 146 participants, two educators. The meetings were aimed at strengthening the theoretical on the subject and the construction of the road maps to guide the consultations held by the students. Thus, it appears that a positive result, which proves the feasibility of using the instrument and negative, which indicates the deficiency of the training in view of the care system in the context of Primary Care. Thus, the classification of practical activity is an innovator in public health of great importance for research and teaching, because it shows potential as diagnostics and Nursing Interventions.
