Humanization and dehumanization: the dialetics expressed in speech by nursing teachers about the care itself

The subject of this research is the humanization and its expression in nursing care, focused in the teachers' speech. The objectives are: identify the elements which constitute the nursing teachers speech based in human care, characterize and analyze it from a National Policy of Humanization. This is a qualitative and descriptive research conducted with 24 nursing teachers. It was noticed on those speeches, that we must be careful with elements such as: ethics, technology, the institutions and the people itself. The humanization, according to the teachers, can be described by interaction practices, communication and dialogue. However, not all professional nursing practice is characterized by the precepts of humanization. It was concluded that it is necessary to invest on the humanization care theme, mainly in the education field and professional training, based in the reflection of it, from a politic public sphere perspective, economy, culture, ethics and a professional training development.
