Unpleasant symptoms of physiological factors

I had weight gain because of the inactivity, prostration and I got into a condition of obesity, my immunity fell, I feel very tired, with muscle weakening and many rheumatic pains in the legs, spine, and knees, I had anemia, visual fatigue, my lung capacity decreased, I have shortness of breath and my blood sugar was altered. The physical after-effects of the post-COVID-19 infection lasted for more than 14 months. I began to have poor interaction because of family and coexistence problems, which caused a change in my well-being. I felt an absence of true information and a lot of access to experience fake news and the political-party conflicts of disastrous federal misgovernment of dictatorial ideology and business interests, which made me increase my alcohol intake.
