Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the prediction of follow-up and evaluation of the State Plans of Education approved by the State Legislative Power, in the validity period of the PNE 2001-2010, in order to contribute to the challenges to its adequacy to the new PNE 2014-2024. In a general conclusion, it is postulated that the prediction of these actions is marked by unintelligibility and omissions, putting in doubt the reliability of the strategic importance of follow-up and evaluation processes, declared in these state plans and, as a consequence, its own local effectiveness.
