Rosimeire Maria Orlando holds a PhD in School Education from UNESP (2005), coordinator of the Center for Studies and Research in the Right to Education - Special Education (UFSCar / São Carlos) and professor in the undergraduate course in Special Education and in the Graduate Program in Special Education at the Universidade Federal de São Carlos. Research focus on schooling people with disabilities from basic education to higher education, social rights of people with disabilities. Silvia Márcia Ferreira Meletti holds a PhD in School Psychology and Human Development from USP (2006), professor at the Department of Education and the Graduate Program in Education at the Universidade Estadual de Londrina.
