The contribution of Learning commons practices to the knowledge management process in libraries

Abstract:

This article aims to analyze the contributions of common learning practices used in libraries to the knowledge management process. The model is based on qualitative research and adapted to previous works, whose methodological procedures used include the definition of the concepts of support, context, and trust. Based on the theoretical foundation, the model was applied and the process of adaptation to the related theory was validated. It is concluded, therefore, with the application of the model and the evaluation of the data that there is a significant relationship between Learning commons and knowledge management, and both are relevant for library innovation.
