The aim of this article is to discuss some aspects of vygotskian elaborations about language in the linguistic field. In this sense, we analyze the semiotic proprieties of the relation between language and cognition, proposed by Vygotsky in his works. From our point of view, as like as Humboldt, Bakhtin and Benveniste, Vygotsky conceives the relation between language and cognition in an enunciative perspective.
