ABSTRACT:
This paper presents a discussion about the impact of National Professional Wage Floor on contests between Curitiba teachers and the local manager in the education net. As methodology, chosen for to analyses the Union' claim agenda, in the wage campaign since 2008, the focus is the item that relation with a wage salary and total remuneration and the implementation of 1/3 of activity time in schools. As result was possible observe different ways to vocalize claims about wage and different factual impacts on teacher's remuneration. In certain times, causing flattening in the teacher' career and, in other, flattening the own floor. As time activity, this is no longer a claim about labor organization and becomes be a characteristic of a just right.
