Educational responsibility: different conceptions and imminent risks to the right to education

The essay examines the current debate on educational responsibility and its relationship to the quality of education. Makes reference to the reform agenda of the right to education and the different conceptions under dispute. It systematizes the resolutions of the National Conference on Education and the bills on the subject, analyzing them based on the current legal definition of responsibility applicable to education.
