ABSTRACT
The analysis of foliar nutrients concentrations on Carapa guianensis, Cedrelinga catenaeformis, amazonian lowland species, and the exotics Eucaliptus deglupta and Gmelina arborea are presented. Sampling were taken in differents leaf positions of the tree crown, differents leaf ages and differents seasons of collect. This research was done at experimental plantations, sixty kilometers north of Manaus, Amazon. The results show differents distributions for nutrients and species. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium present lower concentration on older leaves and on lower crown position; calcium shows the opposite. The results indicate a possible consequense on nutrient cycling of these systems.
