Abstract
This article aims to explore the methodological possibilities for the Work and Organisational Psychology (WOP) based on the works of Eduardo Coutinho. To this end, we sought to confront the methodological positions of this filmmaker with the traditional methodologies of WOP. In order to achieve such objective, we performed a literature search about this director and his filmography, as well as of the method that developed. Several convergences were identified: the valuation of the subjective experience of the subjects/characters; the video as a means to provoke expression and dialogue; the word as a way for experience appropriation. It is expected that this research will evolve and that WOP benefits more and more from Eduardo Coutinho’s patrimony.
