Socioeducational Cities: Nietzsche and the issue of responsibility

Abstract

The Socio-Educational Measures come to the fore since 1990 with the enactment of Law 8069. One of the most accepted theories, contemporaneously, is that the precepts basis of the Juvenile Code gave way to the guarantee of rights. Since the rights provided for more than a century for Brazilian adults are won, only with the advent of the Children and Adolescents, by adolescents. To be extended to this population such rights carry with them a concept that becomes central in all discussions about juvenile delinquency: responsibility. In an attempt to understand to what extent the responsibility opens possibility of conditions for invention of geographical and existential territories - true socio cities - is taken as reference the work of Friedrich Nietzsche. The article uses the test as a methodological strategy.
