Proposal of a systematic allocation of resources in intangible assets for the maximization of the perception of quality in services

Together with the growth of the services sector is the principle of the scarcity, i.e. it is necessary to make options including the hierarchy of the objectives to be reached. When making use of the resources, the maximization of the quality of the services offered to consumers should be taken into take consideration. The allocation of resources must acknowledge the value of intangible assets as it is perceived by the customers. The objective of this article is to consider a system for allocating resources in intangible assets that maximize the perception of the services quality offered. Thus, the intangible assets will be related to the services attributes thereby getting the role of intangible assets in the characterization of these attributes, perceived as priorities. To confirm such finding a causal-loop diagram will be used to investigate intangible assets, their behavior, the interaction among themselves, and how can one influence another. Based on the knowledge of intangible assets, the allocation of resources in those intangible assets will thus improve other intangible assets because there is an interrelation between them and the attributes considered priorities in the most relevant services.
