Aporias of inequality: To come of affirmative policies

ABSTRACT

Based on the discussion on Justice and Law fostered by Derrida in his book Force of Law: mystical foundation of Authority, we discuss in this article about the aporias with which we live in the routine of the PVC 21290 pre-university entrance exam, in relation to the affirmative policy of reserving vacancies. To do so, we bring a reflection on the spectrum of coloniality that hierarchizes people, dividing the min to those who should have access and those who should not have access to certain spaces, including public universities. However, understanding that affirmative policies are from the Law, therefore, of the order of predictability, we believe that they need to be in a continuous movement of improvement, a movement that imposes a responsibility on us, a radical investment in actions aimed at achieving Justice.
