ABSTRACT
Blumenavia baturitensis recently described for the Ceará State, Northeast Brazil, is reported for the first time from Espírito Santo State, Southeastern, Brazil. We present a description, photographs of microscopical and macroscopic structures, phylogenetic analyses, and distribution map of this species. Its conservation status, according to the most recent IUCN categories and criteria, should be tentatively as “Endangered”.
