ABSTRACT
Aiming to understanding the taxonomic diversity associated to the Krameriaceae, this study comprises a survey of this family for the state of Paraíba, Brazil, presenting an overview of the diversity and distribution of its species. In the study area, the family is represented by two species: Krameria grandiflora A.St.-Hil. and K. tomentosa A.St.-Hil. Identification key, morphological descriptions, geographic distribution, flowering and fruiting data, imagens, ink prints and comments on the taxonomic affinities of the species are presented.
