Intense micropolitical and pedagogical action: humanization between ties and perspectives

This paper deals with the challenges of a Brazilian strategy for the healthcare system to improve the quality of its care-giving and managerial response, i.e. the National Humanization Policy. Independent of political, conceptual or results analysis, it discusses the humanization of the healthcare body by means of comparison with its reifications in clinical practice, as seen in the sovereignty of the professional systems regarding practices, in the disciplinarization that legitimizes diagnostic/prescriptive conduct or in the dissemination of mechanisms that, in the name of individuals' longevity, staunch the production of the singularity of life. The notions of the body of organs, body ex-organs and body without organs are used to question clinical practice (care) and the notion of ties and perspectives to discuss the transformation of realities (management). Education and participation are defined as indissociable from care and management.
