This is about the polysemy of the notion of suffering as a common and, at the same time, diverse experience among 'users', workers, managers and instructors within the field of healthcare. For this, Michel Foucault's concept of "take care of the self" is invoked as backing for reflections on the fields of problems involving clinical and ethical perspectives. The outlines of a clinic that cuts across policies, criticisms and healthcare are examined, starting from ethical principles.
