Abstract:
Traffic accidents are a public health problem with an abundance of studies, but a lack of studies based on the perception of the users. Knowing the perception of the population of a capital of central Brazil, considering the safety and mobility in traffic was the objective of this study. Bad driver behavior, lack of attention, and disregard for traffic laws were the main causes of accidents and priorities were identified for improving traffic.
