Abstract:
As part of the discussions presented in a dissertation, developed in the period 2016-2018, the article sought to demonstrate the contributions of milk activity to rural development and to the reproduction of family agriculture in a municipality in southern Santa Catarina. The results analyzed evidenced the relevance of milk activityin in the region, as well as significant changes in the production family units surveyed.
