Abstract:
The supply of school canteens with fresh and healthy food strengthens the peasant economy and positions food as a successful strategy for sustainable rural development. This research analyzes the experience of food public acquisition in the municipality of Granada between the years 2012 and 2015. This study demonstrates that social actors reconstruct interpretative frames still in exclusive contexts that limit their participation.
