The presentation of the territorial logics of the development, object of the present article, results of the compilation of systemize readings, whose objective is to present the main associations between theories, concepts and typologies. The central question is the relation between the territory and the development, understood as one process of social change dynamic by expectations territorially located and generating of citizenship. The express relation, hypothetically, the possibility of an intentional collective action of the agents and institutions for the development.
